How does it work exactly?  Sign-up and join us by sharing your special someone's special occasions. Once you sign-up, we will send you an order completion email at least a week prior to each delivery day. This way, you don't need to worry about forgetting about the important dates every year!

 

Where do you deliver? → We deliver anywhere the TTC goes (and 10 minute walking distance from any subway or bus stop.) We are a small shop with limited accessibility to areas outside the City of Toronto. We plan to start expanding our delivery areas soon, so stay tuned!

 

When is the delivery window? → Our delivery window is between 9am to 7pm (or to 5pm for business addresses) on the day or one day before the day. For example, Valentine's day delivery will be made on Feb. 13th to 14th.

 

Can I pick-up my order? → Pick-up is available at College Park (444 Yonge St.) upon confirmation. If you pick the "pick-up" option when placing an order, we will reach you for further communications. In order to do so, please provide details of your contact information (your second phone number, etc.)

 

Do you carry bouquets? → We don't offer bouquets at the moment; however, we will expand our selections shortly. Stay tuned!

 

Can I see the final product? → Unfortunately, no. Our products vary from the sample images on this website, as we receive the freshest blooms every morning, and the flowers are different in quality and type every day. We are proud to produce premium arrangements in our signature style, which are one of a kind.

 

What's the cancellation policy? → As long as you cancel at least three days prior to the delivery day, we will refund your order 100%. We send you a confirmation email a week prior to the delivery day, so that you are aware of any orders out. If cancellation request is made two days or less prior to the delivery day, unfortunately we cannot make any refund as we would have already placed an order for your flowers. No exception.
